TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • The NR810 Ride-On Scrubber-Dryer is a professional floor cleaning machine suitable for floors such as tiles, epoxy, marble, PVC, concrete, waxed concrete, PVC, lime, small bricks such as tomettes, terrazzo, etc.
  • This professional floor scrubber is ideal for the warehousing, logistics, transport, food, real estate, healthcare, hotel, retail and supermarket sectors.
  • The large 120-liter solution tank and the design of the recovery tank optimize the water filling and emptying phases.
  • With an autonomy of 4 to 5 hours thanks to its high-performance 24 V battery (4 x 6 V 200 Ah), this scrubber-dryer covers 4860 m2 of surface per hour.
  • It features a water level display coupled with an automatic alarm when the solution tank is empty and/or the recovery tank is full.
  • It also has a large recovery tank opening.
  • The NR810 ride-on scrubber-dryer is compact, with a low center of gravity, a small turning radius and flexible operation. It features an integrated, waterproof touch panel with LCD display that shows operating parameters and error codes, making parameter setting and diagnostics easy.
  • The scrubber seat is equipped with a safety switch. In addition, the machine stops automatically when the operator leaves the seat.
  • The steering wheel is equipped with a job that facilitates maneuvering and makes driving comfortable.
  • This professional cleaning equipment features three speed modes and adjustable water flow.
  • The independently developed controller incorporates protection functions against motor overload and low battery power.
  • The one-touch ECO mode simultaneously reduces the power and noise level of the vacuum motor. The brush and squeegee holder are electrically raised and lowered. When reversing, the squeegee support is raised automatically. This makes driving the scrubber-dryer safe and efficient for users.
  • The dual brush/pad design with an innovative brush/pad connection makes removal of the brush/pad easy.
  • The tool-free disassembly design makes the scrubber-dryer easy to clean and maintain.
  • The lead-acid battery is high-performance, high-capacity, maintenance-free, safe and reliable, with a long service life.
  • The charging port is external, so easy access for charging.
  • The recovery tank can be disassembled without tools. It's easy to clean and maintain. The scrubber-drier nozzle (or squeegee) has a wear-resistant adhesive strip. Its arched design facilitates suction, scraping and residue-free water absorption.
  • The NR810 scrubber-dryer is equipped with a high-power, non-slip front drive wheel. For added safety, the ramp does not tilt. The NR810 ride-on scrubber-dryer weighs 330 kg and has overall dimensions of 1415 x 600 x 1010 mm.
