TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • The Noblelift FD20N diesel thermal forklift adopts the mast system of the Q series electric forklift range. This facilitates exchange and maintenance, and reduces spare parts stocks.
  • The FD20N forklift truck is robust and reliable, thanks to the selection of components from the most recognized brands on the market.
  • It can move and lift loads of up to 2 tonnes (check the truck's residual capacities on the technical data sheet).
  • Ease of maintenance is one of the top priorities when choosing a forklift truck. Not only does it guarantee the truck's safety and efficiency, it is also essential for dealers to carry out maintenance and service efficiently. When it comes to fuel choice, the modular design is based on the same chassis. As for the choice of fuel, the modular design is based on the same chassis, so there is a choice of fuel configuration (diesel / liquefied gas).
  • Also when it comes to the main components, they are the same, regardless of the choice of fuel. Whether diesel, LPG or liquefied gas, the entire range of Noblelift thermal forklifts uses engines that comply with European CO2 emission standards. The Euro V diesel model features a particulate filter with automatic measurement generation. Materials such as asbestos-free brake shoes and latest-generation seals are fully adopted to ensure a safe working environment.
  • The wide opening angle of the air-sprung engine hood, together with the integrated hood lock, are convenient for handling the hood during maintenance, always with excellent acceptability. The two-piece design allows the floor to be easily lifted and removed for access to the powertrain.
  • The automotive-style brake fluid filler cap structure facilitates brake fluid checks.
  • The radiator cover fasteners can be easily turned by hand to allow quick inspections or servicing.
  • The new stamped air filter, featuring a tangential inlet, double seal and safety filter, is durable, corrosion and vibration resistant. It offers higher filtering efficiency and lower inlet resistance than conventional filters.
