DESCRIPTION

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The FE3D20C twin-engine 3-wheel electric forklift is inspired by the N series forklift trucks. This new C series features a new design with modern, elegant lines, and above all an ultra-compact chassis.

With a maximum load capacity of 2 tons and a twin-engine 48V AC motor, this FE3D20C electric forklift is suitable for intensive indoor use, or very occasional outdoor use. It is available with a lead or lithium battery. Lift heights vary according to the mast chosen: from 2.50 meters to 6.50 meters.

The FE3D20C 3-wheel forklift is a concentrate of efficiency and performance.
PERFORMANCE DRIVE: a latest-generation transmission system with dual gearbox and twin motors for an impressive 20% lift capacity at full load and a maximum speed of 15 km/h.
POWERFUL LIFTING: a new, quiet, high-power hydraulic motor significantly increases lifting speed. Lifting speeds can reach up to 450 mm/s, even when empty.
OPTIMIZED OPERATION: A new-generation LCD display optimizes performance and operating comfort. The operator can select different performance modes directly on the display. Intuitive and easy to use, the color LCD screen provides all necessary information on travel speed, steering angle and direction, battery level indicator, hour meter and work mode.
COMFORTABLE AND ERGONOMICALLY DESIGNED SEAT: The standard suspension seat (full suspension) is adjustable for weight, lumbar support and operator position. It includes an ergonomic restraint system for operator comfort during working hours.
REDUCED MAINTENANCE COSTS: Electrical components, such as controls, displays and main switches, are all sourced from leading manufacturers: KDS motor, Curtis inverter, oil-immersed disc brake, Curtis indicator, Cascade accessories, etc. They reduce maintenance costs and guarantee top performance and reliability.
ERGONOMIC WHEELWHEEL AND FLEXIBLE DRIVE: The FE3D20C electric forklift is fitted as standard with a new ergonomic steering wheel with reduced diameter and steering ball. The latest-generation hydraulic power steering (FHPS) ensures a smooth, precise ride.
SAFETY IN AND OUT: The standard spacious, non-slip step and large access handle make getting on and off the FE3D20C 3-wheel electric forklift easy and safe.
COMFORT PACK: The comfort pack includes a rear handle with horn, left and right mirrors, USB connector, LED lights, blue spotlight, etc. This pack provides real working comfort. This pack provides real working comfort for this range of C series forklifts.
STURDINESS AND COMPACTNESS: With its reinforced, ultra-compact chassis, the FE3D20C forklift adapts perfectly to all types of indoor working conditions. Featuring a compact chassis with a tight turning radius and a width of just 1080 mm, this forklift is the ideal tool for maneuvering in confined spaces.
BATTERY OPTIONS: Lead-acid or lithium-acid, depending on user needs, requirements and practices. Numerous capacity and charger options are available.
SAFETY AND RELIABILITY: Equipped with tried-and-tested connectors to resist water splashes and bad weather, the new C Series trucks, like the FE3D16C, can be used outdoors, on an ad hoc basis, without risk to truck operators. Equipped as standard with an automatic speed reduction system when cornering, and the OPS safety system, C Series twin-engine 3-wheel electric forklifts are a safe workstation.
